Yes, it's a Pink Floyd song. And it reminds me more of Merry and Pippin (from The Lord of the Rings) than anything else... I mean, you can use it for someone else absolutely. Frodo and Sam could work. But Merry and Pippin during that time period where Pippin was off with Denathor, stuck staring out from a tower, and Merry was left with Theoden, somewhat in the shadows of warriors he wished he could join, is what comes to my mind first. Both are out of their elements, and just want to see their friends again. This hobbit in the painting is supposed to be Merry. I used sort of dull, muted colors on purpose.
